About MF Coach

A formative childhood and an international career

From the moment I was born in London, openness to the world has been in my DNA, with a childhood in England paving the way for an expatriate life rich in cultural diversity. My trajectory immersed me in the Hispanic world as an au pair and then as a teacher in North America, consolidating with these experiences my trilingualism and my passion for interculturality and lifelong learning.

An inspiring career path

Back in France, I began my professional life in the audiovisual industry, and in 2010, I joined the company founded by my mother, MF Coach, to devote myself to what drives me deeply: coaching and transmission. Together, we are developing the eponymous coaching school, and opening up our business to coaching and skills assessment services.

Since 2017, I've been president of MF Coach. This adventure in family entrepreneurship has been an invaluable source of learning and joy for me.

Commitment and coaching expertise

As a certified coach, over the years I have pursued a rich and varied training path (Systemic Approach, NLP, Appreciative Inquiry, Organizational Constellations...), thanks to which I am today equipped with a wide range of tools for understanding and helping people and groups holistically.

I've always been a keen learner and I continue to evolve in my profession, regularly immersing myself in different techniques that broaden my vision of coaching.

I'm passionate about helping leaders and their teams grow together, and I put this passion into practice by working not only in France, but all over the world with French companies venturing beyond our borders.

I'm passionate about helping individuals or teams meet their personal and professional challenges. I love the opportunity to create authentic connections, to be a transition facilitator, to share unique experiences with and for teams, to encourage creativity and to think outside the box.

I strive to enable better emotional management for more fruitful health and relationships, to develop a positive and constructive state of mind, and to bring out the resources and talents of individuals and teams to create the future.

Working in multicultural environments is a constant source of enrichment for me, and I love exchanging my ideas and experiences with people from all backgrounds, in a reciprocal learning process where I grow through contact with everyone.

At the heart of my approach is the transmission not only of knowledge, but also of the values I hold dear: the creativity that drives us to innovate, the solidarity that unites us, the freedom that allows us to choose our own path, and the empathy that helps us connect deeply with others.

I'm a firm believer in everyone's ability to dare, to believe in themselves and to seize opportunities to realize their full potential.

I dream and work actively for a world where self-realization enables everyone to find their place and fulfill themselves, in every aspect of their lives.

Marie-Gaëlle, whom everyone calls Marie, is our training coordinator at MF COACH. With 15 years' experience in the training field, she is the administrative pillar of our team. Her main mission? To accompany our future learners through every stage of their training, from putting together their administrative file to managing their questions and concerns.

She is also the interface between our students and our consultants, facilitating communication and guaranteeing a smooth and enriching learning experience.

In addition to her administrative versatility, Marie is also our technical expert for the e-learning platform. She ensures the smooth running of our virtual learning environment, offering our students an online experience that is as effective as it is stimulating.

Marie joined us, bringing a little Southern accent to the team. Bordeaux is, after all, just a suburb of Paris!

A 9-year stay in Great Britain as a high school teacher of French literature enabled her to become perfectly bilingual. With a flair for commercial relations, this linguistic skill opened the door to international business, where she has held several management positions.

She then set out to develop and deepen her teaching and interpersonal skills. Her training and experience in NLP have enabled her to remain true to her values of respect and caring for others.

A certified NLP Master Practitioner and Coach, she was previously a Human Resources Consultant.

Alongside her training, she has worked as a consultant in reintegration, executive energization and as a corporate speaker for 20 years.

What led her to create MF Coach?
Martine: "Having reached a certain point of maturity in my life, I wanted to give more meaning to my professional activity, to feel useful and contribute to improving the lives of the people who came to meet me.

Was it a solitary adventure?
Martine: "The beginning of the adventure was indeed solitary, but I quickly met people who shared my values and the same vision of the company and work, invested and competent professionals with whom I regularly collaborate on our various projects.
My daughter Cécile has joined the company where she brings her personal touch of creativity, joie de vivre and enthusiasm."

Is it a mother-daughter business today?
Martine: "yes, at the start MF Coach was for Martine Fustino, today it's Mother-Daughter Coach to our great delight!!!"
