At MF Coach, we offer a somatic coach training course designed to equip future coaches with advanced techniques, integrating somatic intelligence at the heart of their coaching practice.

Somatic coaching is a coaching process that uses non-verbal language and body intelligence as the main channel for transformation. Everything we experience passes through the body. If you're upset, if you've achieved something, you feel it and your body expresses itself in movement. Everything is movement in the body. Our body is also a window or door to our unconscious. All our little habits are anchored in the body to the point of shaping it (posture, expressive facial wrinkles, etc.). Through bodily expression, the coachee can explore the real impact of his situations on his motor patterns. Feelings become the drivers of transformation.
