Training objective

Train professional coaches capable of designing, conducting, evaluating and professionalizing individual, group or training coaching services, in an ethical and autonomous posture, drawing on a diversity of reference frameworks (NLP, AT, Process Com, etc.) and integrating a sustainable entrepreneurial approach.

Our coach training program has been in existence for 15 years, and is now adapted to today's training, working and coaching methods, i.e. digitalized and distance learning, without losing any of the essence of the coaching profession: the creation of authentic links between you and the teaching team.

This multidisciplinary approach enables trainees to develop their critical thinking skills and sharpen their curiosity.

On completion of our training, you will be able to work as a professional coach, both independently and within your organization.

Prerequisites

To qualify for Professional Coach certification, candidates must hold a level 5 diploma or equivalent.

If the candidate does not have the required level but has significant experience, a waiver may be granted under certain conditions:

Experience:
Proof of professional experience according to the following criteria:



Professional experience in the human resources or support sector,



Experience in the employment or vocational training sector, or any other sector that has enabled the development of know-how and/or interpersonal skills transferable to the profession of Professional Coach.

Block access prerequisites :

- Access block 1: same prerequisites as for the full certification
- Access block 2: same prerequisites as for the full certification
- Access block 3: same prerequisites as for the full certification
- Access block 4: be a coach and plan to develop your business

Registration

Entry to the training program is based on an initial interview with the training center's educational director or coordinator. This interview verifies that the candidate's career plan is in line with the training program and the qualification awarded by the organization. The interview focuses on the candidate's motivations and professional experience. Following the positioning interview, the candidate fills in a questionnaire to assess his or her level of competence and to validate the admissibility criteria of the application before entering the training program. They provide an up-to-date CV.

Course duration :

16 days, i.e. 8 modules of 2 days each - Friday and Saturday + 1 day of certification preparation + 1 day of certification.

Number of hours :

147 hours synchronous distance learning (virtual classroom + supervisions + certification preparation + certification day) + 133 h (ODL + 4 practice coaching sessions + peer exercises + dissertation writing) for a total of 280 h of training.

Training location :

100% remote.

Access road :

This training is available in blocks of competencies. It is also accessible via VAE (Validation des Acquis l'Expérience) for anyone with at least one year's coaching experience.

To guarantee the quality of interactions and individualized follow-up, we prefer groups of 6 to 12 people maximum, led by 1 trainer-coach pair + 1 resource person (present throughout the course).

16 days in a virtual classroom, i.e. 8 modules of 2 days each - Friday and Saturday + 2 E-Learning modules (asynchronous) + 1 day of certification.



7 group supervision sessions of 3 hours, synchronized video, for close monitoring of your progress



Permanent access to individual supervision according to individual needs



4 coaching sessions (minimum 2) with people from outside the training program



Written: Submission of a briefing note for a coaching service
